Hello im new in the forum , my cuestion is if an 7.5" ifs can handle the power of a 7MGTE? with 31" tires ,open dif and sand use.

Welcome to the forum VSH150. Hope you find the info you need here.

I think the 7.5" might eventually break. My brother broke his 7.5" gears with open diff and 35" tires, and a stock V6

I just sold a 4runner I had for sand dunes it was a buggy w/ 350TBI 700r4 208 tcase 529 spool rear and 7.5 front w/529 lockright on 35x15.50x15 boggers on 15x12 .3 years at the dunes pulling everything out of the sands never had an issue in the front or rear end .Did a couple sweet 4wheel burnout on the street never broke . the only way the y break if you get airborn and floor in the air and land like that.
