I was curious if any of the supra engines would work with the r150f tranny that is stock on my 88 4runner v6? Thanks a lot.

Requires custom bellhousing.

Like I have to make a custom bellhousing or is there companies that do it?

Marks 4X4 in Australia has an item that may interest you. It's a 15mm thick adapter plate to mate an R151 to a W and G series bellhousing.

The Kit consists of: Adaptor plate, gearbox nose cone, seal, spigot bearing, dowels, bolts and instructions.

I actually dropped tham a line about this and the reply was that it was avaliable from them through Advance Adapters in the US.
